MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

To become a affiliate member you are required to read and agree to these terms. By registering as a member you are agreeing to the following conditions.

Extraincome.nu & Extrainkomst.nu is called the Company in this agreement.

Extraincome.nu runs a so called Affiliate Network where advertizers and affiliate members can register to market products and services, and where they can qualify to receive commission for referrals made for the partisipating advertizers.

1. I am NEVER going to send SPAM (unsolicited -not requested- email).
2. I won't use this site or any of its affiliated sites and systems for any illegal activities.
3. I will not discriminate any member of this site for any reason.
4. I understand that I can be excluded from the membership or even sued depending on the agreement rule I possibly break and the severity of it.
5. The Company has no obligations towards and doesn't owe the free members anything; including bonuses, member/customer/organization/downline information or anything else.
6. Any member type in the Company is an Independant representative with no executive authorities in the Company. Members shall not claim to own any part of the Company nor claim being an executive or official representative of the Company.
7. If I have any dispute or feel in disagreement with the Company, I will contact the Company directly to communicate about my matters, rather than talking to third parties.
8. The Company, its employees, agents, partners, members, affiliates etc can not be required to pay back for any products, services or shares once bought and delivered.
